"PIADINA"TUSCAN FLATBREAD: Crispy charbroiled flatbread topped with a carpaccio of"Diver Sea Scallops"smothered in a relish of mango, radish and chives with a creamy drizzle of rose-water infused lime juice. MERLOT (RUTHERFORD-OAKVILLE VINEYARD BLEND) 2004: Rich black currant and cassis. Silky, luxurious texture and lovely oak after taste.
