Flavors of tangerine, and fresh herbs with papaya. Well balanced with intensive minerality.LOBSTER AND CRABMEAT"SLAW"SALAD: Red and white cabbage shreds with colorful tear-drop tomatoes, yellow roasted sweet peppers, Bermuda onions, artichokes, fresh basil, white balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
