Welcome to the Bottle Inn Ristorante
Nestled in the residential seaside city of Hermosa Beach, we have been catering to the needs of our regular patrons, guests and tourists for the past 35 years! Our restaurant is known for many reasons, the most famous of which are "Romantic," "Cozy Ambiance," "European Appeal," and, of course, our "Consistently outstanding, classical Italian cuisine." The Bottle Inn is a "Transfat-Free" restaurant and offers an alternative choice of "Gluten-Free" pastas prepared by glutin free methods.

DOMENICA:"SUNDAY"

VEGETABLE PASTICCIO: Vegetable risotto cakes with mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash in a basil pesto coulis topped with checca relish.

or

INSALATA DI FORMAGGI: Romaine salad with fontina, gorgonzola and parmesan shavings in a light olive oil, vinegar and garlic dressing with Kalamata olive mousse.

and 

GNOCCHI AL RAGU DI FUNGHI: Soft ricotta dumplings in a porcini and garden mushroom light brown reduction with garlic, olive oil, spinach, touch of marinara sauce and parmigiano.

POLLO PIZZAIOLA: Tender chicken breast sauteed in white wine, oregano, garlic, capers and pomodoro sauce with oven roasted rosemary potatoes and braised spinach.

and

SPUMONI ICE CREAM: Chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and pistachio ice cream blend with amaretto crumbles.

 LUNEDI:"MONDAY"

CALAMARI BRUSCHETTA: Lightly fried calamari pieces on our home made charbroiled pizzachetta bread brushed with garlic-olive oil, crushed chilies, roma tomatoes, balsamico and spinach threads.

CRUDAIOLA SALAD: Baby greens, radicchio, spinach and arrugola with tomatoes, garlic, warmed mozzarella cheese and extra-wide noodles tossed in a pomegranate vinaigrette.

"TRIS"3-CHEESE RAVIOLI: Tender pillows stuffed with ricotta, mascarpone and fontina cheeses in a light crabmeat sauce with mushrooms, squash, white balsamic vinegar, touch of marinara and drop of cream.

LAMB OSSOBUCO: Braised lamb shank ossobuco with portobello mushrooms in a bing cherry red wine reduction. served with vegetable risotto.

RED VELVET TART: Moist layers of sponge cake with a cream cheese glaze and white chocolate sauce.
