Nestled in the residential seaside city of Hermosa Beach, we have been catering to the needs of our regular patrons, guests and tourists for the past 35 years! Piemonte:"Polenta Timballi": Rounds of yellow cornmeal fritters with pomarola-pesto sauce and herbed goat cheese.

Calabria-Lucania:"Morseddu Brusca": Savory bruschettas with buffala mozzarella, artichokes, prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes and caramelized red onions.

Veneto: "Calamaretti Pinzimonio": Calamari rings in a spicy marinade of lemon, crushed chilies, marinara sauce, crushed peppers, cippolline onions and oregano.

Lazio-Roma:"Subli al Telefono": Fried rice balls filled with marinara sauce, mozzarella, Prosciutto smoked ham and fresh basil.

Emilia-Romagna:"Cappelletti Romagnoli alla Bolognese": Cheese-stuffed little pasta hats in a rich meat, vegetable and herb ragout, a tradition of"Bologna"

Toscana-Firenze:"Bistecca Tosca": Tuscan petite fillet mignon wrapped in"Pancetta Bacon"topped with braised spinach and caramelized onions. Served with gnocchi al pomodoro.

Apuglia:"Melanzane Foggiana": Baked eggplant lasagna layered with herbed ricotta, roasted sweet red peppers, garlic, basil, parsley and pink tomato sauce.

Lombardia:"Costoletta alla Milanese e Risut": Breaded thin veal cutlet, lemon chimichurri sauce and orange-lemon gremolata. Served with risotto alla Milanese.

Campagna-Napoli:"Maccheroni Putanesca Co' Cocinielle": Short tube pasta noodles with a spicy pomodoro tomato sauce, oregano and baby clams.

Liguria-Genoa:"Pandolce Genoese": Sweetbread Genoa-style, baked in chocolate with a rich almond-peach sauce.

Umbria-Marches:"Frustegna": Cornbread fruitcake crispy fritters with dried figs, white raisins, candied walnuts and espresso nage.

Sardegna:"Ciambelle Suspirus": Puff pastry almond puffs with a maraschino liqueur cherry dipping sauce and lemon infused whipped cream.
